Hi, I’m Courtney Perkins, founder of Elevated Perks. My connection to the Vail Valley began with my grandmother, who moved here in the 1970s and fell in love with the mountains. I grew up visiting for holidays, and nearly seven years ago, I was lucky enough to make the valley my home. Since then, it has become an incredibly meaningful place to me and I truly love calling the Vail Valley home.
That personal connection to the community is a big part of why I started Elevated Perks. I wanted to create a local property management and home care company built around trust, dependable service, clear communication, and the kind of hands-on care I would expect for my own home. My goal is to give homeowners confidence that their property is being thoughtfully cared for while helping them make the most of their investment in the Vail Valley.
