Elevated Perks is a locally based home care and property management company serving homeowners throughout the Vail Valley including Vail, Beaver Creek, Avon and Edwards. We provide both hands-on home care and full-service property management, giving owners one trusted local partner to oversee the details of their property.

For owners who rent their homes, our full-service property management is designed to make ownership and renting as seamless as possible. We manage the day-to-day details, including listing and reservation management, guest communication, pricing and availability, cleaning coordination, property inspections, maintenance, vendor management, and preparing the home before and after every stay. Our goal is to provide attentive service to guests while protecting the home, maintaining high standards, and giving owners confidence that every detail is being handled.
